Founded in May 2011, JOPR is a boutique PR and Event Planning firm headquartered in Los Angeles and Connecticut, with Satellite offices in New York, London and Dubai, with an ever expanding international team around the globe.
We represent a variety of clients including celebrities, tv personalities, influencers, musicians, venues, film companies, restaurants, fashion designers, brands, governments, new technology & apps, charities, startups, businesses and brands.

Founded by Jane Owen in 2011, JOPR was started on the principle of working hard and working with integrity. We are a results driven agency that enjoys the process of taking a campaign frm inception to completion with the maximum impact and achievement of goals. We do this through persistence, creativity, listening and understanding, and action. We are proud to have a team that is built of enthusiastic publicists and experts of all ages, races and backgrounds. JOPR has won the Los Angeles Business Award in Public Relations for five consecutive years and we believe that is completely due to the dedication of our entire team. We look forward to celebrating our 10th year of business in 2021.
